Complete a paid MKUP makeup appointment. New to MKUP? Enquire about your date.
Let Kirsty match your booking
Use your booking name, email and approximate appointment date. Your request stays pending until eligibility is checked.
Return with your next occasion
Your confirmation sets out your activation and expiry dates. Mention your membership when enquiring about an eligible individual booking.
A few things to know
Who can request MKUP Members?
Clients who have completed a paid MKUP makeup appointment can request activation. Kirsty checks each request against the appointment record. Submitting the form does not activate membership automatically.
Which bookings receive the saving?
Eligible individual Soft Glam, Full Glam and Bride Makeup bookings during your active Member period. The saving does not apply to travel, parking, tolls, deposits, separately booked lashes, Glam Waves, Flower Girl or Male services, studio or photoshoot work, workshops, digital products or other add-ons.
Can I combine it with a voucher or group offer?
No. Member savings cannot be combined with another offer, voucher, group rate, package or discount. Existing vouchers keep their own conditions.
How long does it last?
Your benefits run for 12 months from confirmed activation. You can request renewal after that period. The saving is personal, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and is not applied retrospectively.
Do I need to receive marketing emails?
No. Marketing consent is optional and separate from requesting Member benefits. Appointment availability, booking terms and cancellation conditions still apply.
What about Colour Lab?
Colour Lab is being prepared as a separate app with sign-in access. Complimentary access for eligible MKUP Members is part of the planned benefit, with a personal access code when it is ready. We will email your access instructions after release; app access is not yet available through this Member request.
